If you are moving in, preparing to host guests, or simply need a hygienic reset, our Deep Cleaning is your solution. This is a non-recurring, extremely intensive service that creates a solid foundation of cleanliness. It involves treating surfaces with heavy buildup, complete internal cleaning of ovens and refrigerators, washing doors and door frames, and detailed disinfection underneath and behind heavy furniture.
For a deeper level of care, we offer extra services that can be easily added to your quote, such as Inside Refrigerator Cleaning, Blinds Cleaning, interior oven cleaning, and other specialized services.
Yes, we provide all eco-friendly cleaning products and professional equipment needed to perform the work with excellence. If you have preferences for specific products, please let us know when booking.
💲 Pricing & Payment
Our price is based on the square footage (sq ft) of your house or apartment, plus the selected service type and any extras (such as window cleaning). The price you see in the calculator is your instant and final quote.
The price displayed in the Total field already includes the mandatory Washington State (WA) tax of 10.2%, as calculated by our tool. The value in the Subtotal is the price of the service before tax.
Tipping in the U.S. is not mandatory, but it is highly appreciated as a way to thank your cleaning team. If you wish to tip, we suggest giving it directly to the team in cash or adding it to the form of payment, if available (generally 15% to 20% of the service value).
🏡 Logistics & Scheduling
No, most of our clients prefer not to be. As long as you provide us with secure access (door code, key, or lockbox), the team can clean while you are away.
To ensure we can clean efficiently, we ask that you remove clutter (toys, clothes, dishes) from surfaces and floors. This allows us to focus 100% on the cleaning itself.
We require 48 hours advance notice to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to reorganize the team’s schedule and offer the time slot to another client.
🛡️ Safety & Quality
Yes, we are fully licensed and bonded and insured to operate in Washington (WA). Your property is protected in the event of any accidental damage.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to fix the issue at no additional cost.
Yes, we love pets! We only ask that, for the safety of both your animals and our team, large dogs and cats be temporarily confined during the cleaning.
